Salmon Balls Ingredients 2 cups fresh Alaska smoked salmon or one 1-pound can of smoked salmon One 8-ounce cream cheese 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons grated onion 1 teaspoon horseradish 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/2 cup chopped pecans 3 Tablespoons snipped parsley Strain and flake your salmon of choice (this site is all about Alaska smoked salmon so that's what I recommend). Combine (mix well) salmon with all the remaining ingredients, then chill (this wont take long, just until it's cooled below room temperature). Then shape into balls then roll over pecans and parsley. |
